We offer good value, clean and secure container self storage in the Chichester and Arun area with sites at Funtington and Ford.
Storing with us could not be easier, simply arrange to meet us on-site and we will supply you with everything that you need there and then. We nearly always have space available and can work on short notice if required.
We do, however, have some top tips for storage:
All of our units are ‘as new’ with painted white walls and varnished wooden floors. Our Standard unit size is 8’Dx8’Hx20’L -approx 160 sq. ft. or about the size of a large garage:

We have units ranging from 80 – 500sq ft .
For your convenience, you can access your storage unit between the hours of 07:00am and 19:00pm seven days per week. Our units are all at ground level allowing drive to the door access
We will supply you with keys and fobs as requires for site access and a high security specially designed lock to fit your unit’s lock box. We have security cameras and lighting on all sites
Moisture and Ventilation
We are unique in that all of our units either have Grafo condensation treatment or are special multi vent units. Grafo absorbs moisture from your items and prevents condensation however it is important that all of your items are dry going into storage. For further peace of mind we can supply Absorpole moisture traps if required.
We recommend and meet the security requirements of insurastore.com and can assist with setting up insurance if required.
We work with selected local removals firms and will happily assist with arranging your removals if required.
Self Storage Size Guide
The contents of a 1 bedroom flat or house, a half full garage or 2-3 person office space should fit into one of our half-sized containers.
The contents of a 2 bedroom flat or house may fit within a half-sized container but we’d advise a standard 20’ container.
The contents of a typical 3 bedroom or small 4 bedroom house will require a 20’ container unless it is a very large property in which case more space may be needed.
Larger properties are likely to require more than one container to accommodate their contents. We can normally provide units close to each other and you can increase or decrease the amount of space you have as your needs change.
If you require larger scale self-storage or business usage in the South Downs area, especially longer-term, our commercial units may be of interest to you.
How it works
- Book with us on the telephone by email or at a pre-arranged site visit.
- The first months’ rent and £50 refundable security deposit are due on or before check-in, we will email you a booking confirmation and invoice.
- We arrange to meet on-site where we show you to your unit and demonstrate how access works.
- We sign a storage agreement which rolls monthly and so you pay only for the time you need and can keep the unit for as long as it is required.
- We scan and email the storage agreement to you for your records.
- Rental payments are due monthly in advance via Standing Order.
