How it works

Book with us on the telephone by email or at a pre-arranged site visit.
The first months’ rent and £100 refundable security deposit are due on or before check-in, we will email you a booking confirmation and invoice.
We arrange to meet on-site where we show you to your unit and demonstrate how access works.
We sign a storage agreement which rolls monthly and so you pay only for the time you need and can keep the unit for as long as it is required.
We scan and email the storage agreement to you for your records.
Rental payments are due monthly in advance via Standing Order.
